Build relationships grounded in trust, mentorship, and mutual growth
Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other identity is strictly prohibited.
Braintrust is not a sales channel. Avoid promotional content, recruiting pitches, or unsolicited outreach.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
Moderators reserve the right to remove any content or member that undermines the purpose or safety of Braintrust
A private warning from moderators.
Temporary suspension from community access.
Permanent removal for repeated or severe violations.
